The smartest thing for you to do to get started in the stock market, is to ask friends who invest in the markets, who they use/trust for a “financial adviser”. You can get started immediately this way. The adviser will ask you some questions about your goals, both short term and long term, in order to be able to guide you in some decisions. You can then start reading books about investing and the reasoning why certain stocks values will change when market conditions change. This is something you can’t learn quickly. That’s why these financial advisers go to college to learn the financial ins and outs of investing. There should be some excellent learning tools on the internet or your local library. Good luck and I hope you make lots of money!

Register with a stockbroker or investment firm with ties to the stock market. The defining factor when hiring financial assistance is experience with the market in which you invest your money. Stockbrokers can be costly, but they tend to respond quickly to queries about individual stocks.

It is good for investing in this field but has a risk. Before investing, up-to-date information is essential. Your self experience and knowledge help you to gain more from this market.

Hi, I started investing in stocks about a year ago. First I read all the terms which exist…it is quite hard to start. Than I found my broker. But actually what you really need first of all is some money, which you don’t really need for the next year and a strategy how to go about it. I just recently started using this new product its on http://www.vantagetrade.com…basically tells you when to buy and sell and gives you stock picks every day. its free at the moment for the US, so I gave it a shot. It is good…made some money already. Before I was mainly searching the news which can be quite a pain.
